When Ric discussed opening his own business with me six years ago, it was with the caveat that our casino company, Valley View Casino & Hotel would be his exclusive San Diego Gaming client, and that has been the case since 2013. Ric was a marketing executive during those years at The Rio and The Aladdin and did an exceptional job at both properties. I met Ric while I spent 17 years of my career on the Las Vegas Strip at Caesars Palace, Ballys, Paris and The Aladdin. Their CEO, Ric Militi was our Vice President of Marketing for seven years here at Valley View Casino & Hotel prior to starting his own company, InnoVision, five years ago.
